Heart Attack Grill spokesman Blair River Dies At 29

575-pound man who gained fame as a measure spokesman Heart Attack Grill – Phoenix-area restaurant that touts its blatantly unhealthy high-calorie menu – died.
Friends of 29-year-old river Blair say that he died on Tuesday, perhaps contracting pneumonia after a bout with the flu.
Restaurant Founder Jon Basso, Arizona Republic says that the river was more than a higher-than-life cartoon portrayed in support of the restaurant in Chandler, which includes big burgers, fries and milk shakes prepared in fat on the menu.
