Cape Canaveral – Weather delayed the start of the second round in the United States Air Force Test Vehicle (OTV). X-37B because it is more commonly known, to meet the housing built on top of the Atlas V 501 rocket at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (American Chamber of Commerce).
It seemed that the launch would occur at the first launch window that began at 15:50 EDT. However, high surface winds forced a delay. The second launch was Windows 17:27 EDT, but then had more wind, cumulous clouds floated in the region – bringing with them heavy rain, so the scrub for the day. Now plans are for 24-hour start recycling, but tomorrow it will not do much better with similar weather conditions threaten to start.
